DECK BOSS:

Assigned and supervised daily work duties.

Ensured compliance with safe work practices.

Conducted monthly safety meetings, emergency drills and equipment inspections.

Performed all other required deckhand duties.

DECKHAND:

Line handling (mooring, splicing).
