Experience
NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE: Assistant Cook and Saucier. Served over 500 guests per night. Responsible for 35% of all seafood prepared and distributed.
CHEF ZONE DIET: Created menus and various entree's for celebrities in the Los Angelas, CA
NFL NETWORK: Planned and coordinated menus and functions for various professional teams, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
W HOTEL: Interned as a line cook working directly with the Sous Chef. Prepared and managed food on the hotline station, saute and grill stations, and assisted with pantry management.
PERSONAL CHEF: Personal chef for actors Bernie Mac and Kellita Smith. Menu planning, meal prep and event catering for the studio, home, and special events.
