I currently work for an engineering consulting firm in Tyler Texas as the Construction Materials Engineering (CME) Dispatcher. My duties include taking customer request for testing, scheduling test and assigning technicians to jobs. I also go into the field to do concrete testing and compaction testing as needed. I am responsible for data entry, setting up projects, checking test reports and updating files in word and excel, data input such as billing for testing and time. I supervise 4 technicians.

I was positioned as manager of long term monitoring of ground water on a RCRA site in Orlando, Florida. Duties include coordinating sampling of 4 sites, ordering sampling kits, documentation of samples and record keeping in accordance with Florida Department of environmental protection requirements, equipment maintenance and purchase of sampling equipment and supplies. I was responsible for the calibration and maintenance of sampling equipment. Other duties were maintenance of onsite remediation systems which include air strippers, soil vapor extraction systems, in well pumps, compressors and blowers, record daily readings from PLC control systems and other site work as needed. I was a team member of a 55-foot excavation of source contamination of dense non-aqueous phase liquid.

Sample monitoring wells at petroleum sites in the Boston area and perform system operations and maintenance. Order sample kits, supplies, record keeping and documentation. Also was part of a team sent to Washington D.C. for the anthrax clean up working in the Hart Building. I was an investigation team member at a chemical factory in Maine.

Work in lab environment preparing soil and water samples for extraction of contaminants for gas chronograph analysis.

I am a very reliable worker with over 700 days of sea time working for NOAA, Moran towing, Ogle Bay Norton and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.
