I am Mahdi Paidar from IRAN . I have 2nd mate deck officer certificate GT > 3000 engaged in international voyages. I have no sea service as officer yet. Before I was crew as Cadet for about 2 years in Iranian company IRISL. Now  I want to do work in forien countries.
