Experience
My experiences as Maintences Engineer (3rd Engineer) on various ships and FPSO – From 2001 till today 2010 I have carried out Independent watch during operation, and Maintences by overhauling all type of main and Aux machinery. Even yard experiences in dock by installing new and old machinery, by caring out alteration and addition on machinery.

FPSO In year 2010 I have experience as 3rd Engineer on ship MT Layak converting into FPSO, from initial cleaning of all internal engine room tanks, deck cargo tanks,
ballast tanks, etc.
And after completion of cleaning tanks in 30 days, ship was lined up by our team in Singapore yard, to convert into FPSO.
FPSO In year 2009 worked on FPSO MT Armada Perdana as engineer, This FPSO was built in Singapore with advanced oil production plant, automation with PLC controls.
Both Main Boiler major overhaul carried by converting into AALBORG, with advanced fitting and automation controls,
And changed with daul firing system, which run on HFO/DO and CNG gas. Boiler accumulation pressure test carried,
In yard, Engine room installed with new machinery, like Air Condition/ Ref plant, Main air compressor, Reverse Osmosis sys, Fresh water generator,and Fire Fighting sys.
Even overhaul of steam cargo pump, Ballast pump, Tank cleaning pump, IG System, and Generators carried, and each unit tried out.
After completion of job on FPSO it was carried from Singapore to Nigeria, on its own propulation, and with operation of all main and Aux machinery.
MERCHANT NAVY as 3rd Engineer worked on various ships, Gas tanker / Chemical tanker / Product tanker / VLLC Oil tanker / and FPSO.
During my tenure in this ships I have carried out independent charge of machinery, And overhauling - AC comp / ref comp / generators / hydraulic sys pumps / crane operation sys /Main air comp / Boilers- steam turbine cargo pump / steam Ballast pump / steam tank cleaning pump / fresh water generator / Reverse Osmosis sys etc.
And even carried out loading and discharging of cargo like LPG Gas/ chemicals / crude oil from ship to yard, yard to ship and ship to ship.
YARD Experiences –In year 2008 and 2009 I have yard experiences with built of 2 in number new VLLC oil tanker Ships, MT MARBAT and MT MAZYONAH, DWT- 319993.9 MTS built Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) Geoge, South Korea,
This vessels was heavily automated ships with PLC controls in most of machinery,
During my tenure in Yard I have spend my maximum time with SHI and worked closely with project team, installing of Main Machinery to Aux Machinery, like (Main Boilers / Steam Turbines cargo pumps / Ballast pump / Tank cleaning pump / IG System / ME / Main air compressors / Generators / Reverse osmosis sys etc), Even including installing of each and every pipeline,
After completion with installing of all machinery, trails and demonstration carried out, Lot of observations concerning design faults and required action were taken.
Even fitting of Elevator HYUNDAI, Capacity: 500 kg. and setting Speed: 30m/min carried out.
In year 2007 I have 3 months yard experiences in ship J O Clipper, chemical tanker at Nantong China Dry dock. In my tenure in yard ship was converted to double hull,
And overhauling of all main and Aux machinery were carried out by us (ship staff). Even all cargo framo pumps removed overhauled and changed with new seals.
In year 2005 I have yard exp in ship Rugby League LPG tanker at Yugoslavia Dry dock. During dock Boiler and Aux machinery major overhaul carried,
In year 2000 I have 3 months gone through Dry dock in ship Danat Qatar oil tanker at Rotterdam. During my tenure in ship all main and Aux machinery overhauled.
Even steam turbine cargo pumps overhauled and changed with new mech seal.
INDIAN NAVY Served for 10 years 1984 to 1995 in Rank of CHERA (Chief Engine Room Artificer) competent to take sole charge of Machinery, including Minor and Major overhaul of Main/Aux machinery.
And specialization with Machinery link with Hydraulic and Pneumatic system
