Versed in Plant Operation and Maintenance including: Engine Overhauls, Electrical Distribution Troubleshooting, Dynamic Positioning System Troubleshooting (DP II and III Class), Material Transfer, Ulstien Z-Drive Operation and Troubleshooting . Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the transfer of Fuel, Water, Dry Bulk, Liquid Mud, Completion Fluid and other substances related to G.O.M Oil Operations.
KEY PROJECTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Annual U.S.C.G. inspections passed 5 years straight with no deficiencies reported.
• Numerous improvements and corrections to the vessel from the original design to promote more efficient operation.
• Devised new tequniques for testing generators and effected equipment responses to power loss and emergency situations.
• Implemented new preventive maintenance program for auxiliary equipment including A/C, Shaft Bearings, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Successfully overhauled Main Propulsion Caterpillar Diesel Engines and Generators.
• Assisted in the rebuild of 2 Ulstien 1350 Main Propulsion Z-Drives.
• Modified Z-Drive oil filtration systems to promote more efficient operation.
• Developed fuel transfer techniques that almost completely eliminated dependency on fuel purifiers and decreased fuel filter usage.
• Developed new Oily Water Separator Filtration System the help eliminate bacterial and sludge promoting more efficient operation.

Plan, organize, and manage the overall residential and light commercial development for the Nehemiah Project. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review, analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiation, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project development, and certification of occupancy. Supervised a crew of 5 workers.
