Objective
My objective is to build my career as an officer on tanker ships. I already did an aprentice term on 'Vela International Marine Limited' with highest appraisal. Young and dynamic, I am ready to improve my knowledge in the industry. I am planning to do Chief Mate certificates in next year, and in next four, Captain's Certificates. My long time objective is Full Time employment in one of the Tanker ship companies.

DUTIES: responsible for keeping nautical charts and nautical publications up to date (by using cumulative list of admiralty notices to mariners) together with other books and manuals, to keep in order all nautical equipment: lights, echo sounder, NAVTEX, ECDIS, GPS, DISTANCE, WIND & SPEED LOG, AIS, 2 ARPA, control deviation of gyro and magnetic compass weekly checking: 2 SART, 2 EPIRB and 3 spare VHF, together with binoculars & sextant, create: passage plans, distance tables & route plan, keep in order checklist, also take care and send e-mails to ship agent’s for pre arrival documents & general documents, voyage reports, keep up to date file for drill, keep watch from 12:00 to 16:00 & from 00:00 to 04:00 when sailing, responsible for forward or aft mooring station during maneuver and forward mooring station during anchorage.

Because of my contracts on Passenger ships, I have a high knowledge of safety opperations on the ships. As a 2nd mate, I was in charge of it and in many occasions, was leading a coaching safety operations on ships.
