Experience
I worked as a 2nd Deck Officer for Maritima Avila and 3rd Mate for Bernhard Shculte Shipmanagement, after my internship in PDVSA. I held navigational watch, cargo operations and maintenance in life saving appliances. I also have experience as First Aid Officer.
Education
I graduated from Universidad Maritima del Caribe (Venezuela) as a Maritime Engineer/Merchant Marine Officer since July 2007. I realised my Primary and Secondary School in Haiti.
Certification
I have a Panamanian Licence as a 2nd Deck Officer, and Panamanian STCW Certificates.

I speack fluent english, spanish and French. I know about Computer programs
