Background in electrical, mechanical, civil, chemical, and materials engineering. Strong understanding of fluid power systems, hydraulics, dynamics, and there applications. High level of training in diesel mechanics and turbine power applications. USCG 2nd A/E Unlimited Tonnage/Hp License for steam, and gas turbine endorsements.

Gained hands-on experience with liquid bulk and dry bulk systems, including transferring product shore side and at sea to drill ships and oil rig platforms. Contributed to maintenance on the four 3516B Caterpillar Generators (1,800 kW output each). The 600V Propulsion system included two Lipps Azimuth Pod Z-Drives, one Lipps Tunnel Thruster, and one Lipps Retractable L-Drive. While aboard stood a 12 hour watch.

    3rd Assistant Engineer
    Worked as a 3rd Assistant Engineer aboard the M/V Pat Tillman in the Gulf of Mexico, an Offshore Supply Vessel, contracted to drill ships and other oil rigs. Gained hands-on experience with liquid bulk and dry bulk systems, including transferring product shore side and at sea to drill ships and oil rig platforms. Contributed to maintenance on the two 3516B Caterpillar Main Propulsion, two 3508 Caterpillar tunnel thrusters, and three C18 Caterpillar Generators. Propulsion system included two Lipps Azimuth Pod Z-Drives, and two Lipps Tunnel Thruster. While aboard stood a 12 hour watch.
