HONORABLE DISCHARGE 1989

? Enlisted 1977 as an E-2 stationed on an Ice Breaker in Alaska,

Main engineering repair and preventative maintenance on boilers,

diesel electric main propulsion and generators.

? Transitioned to aviation, attending schools for the repair of HC-130

turbine engines, APU's, hydraulic systems.

? Responsible for a duty section of 40 crew members as a Duty

Section Leader, assigning tasks for deployment of Search and

Rescue Aircraft.

Commercial Manager, Bradford Marine Freeport, Bahamas 2008

? Managed Weld Shop. Wrote quotes for repair of vessels.

Maintained and oversaw the work being done in the yard and Dry

Dock.

Captain, Engineer F/V Hercules, Marpesca Seafood Panama

2007

? Managed the refurbishment of 2 vessels from tuna boats to long

liners. Oversaw and refitted all machinery spaces.

? Transited the Panama Canal from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic

a total of four times.

? Trained all crew members in the functions of the engines and

auxiliary systems.

Mechanic, SSA Cooper, Wilmington, NC 2003-2006

? Independently managed and controlled rebuild of all mechanical

breakdown of all marine diesel engines and related equipment

related to the loading and offloading of vessels in the port.

Captain Engineer, M/V Lazy Bay, Kodiak, AK 2001-2003

? Project Manager for developing and refitting of main power plants

and generators, of 130 ft. vessel in San Diego, CA, upon

completion sailed to Kodiak, were I maintained engines and vessel

for optimal underway performance.

Captain Engineer, Ocean Reef FL 1996-2001

? Managed boat operations and maintenance for an upscale

community in the Florida Keys. Did all vessel maintenance, from

engine rebuilds to gear boxes.

? Conducted transport operations and excursions from mainland

Florida to various islands.

? Charged with maintaining and performing repairs on a wide range

of vessels, including multi-million dollar yachts.

Engineer/Crewman, F/V Cornelia Marie, Kodiak, AK 1989-1995

? Managed all aspects of engineering and vessel operational functions

for this Bearing Sea Crab Vessel. Performed several engine

changes and rebuilds.
