The Past 14 months I have been waiting for my renewal. My License was held up due to a surgery I had in March of 2011 to remove titanium bars in my right knee. I have fully recovered and have no problems with my knee. I have spent my time attending school, and studying for my 500/3000 ITC Oceans Ton upgrade. I am approved to test and will test on my next time off, or vacation. This explains my lapse in employment.
