Objective


To take the next step in my offshore/maritime career by taking a leadership position as a Masters/Mate aboard a 100 Ton vessel.

Determined structural defects, areas that needed repair (roofs,

foundations, structural walls, and cosmetic repairs).

Interviewed numerous contractors and got numerous bids before

start of any job. Checked references and workmanship

Oversaw construction on 18 properties

Managed cash flow and made sure projects were completed at or

under budget and on time.

Kept accurate records, and conformed to city codes getting permits

where applicable.

Collaborated on numerous deals with other investors.

When work was competed, I fielded all sales calls or found

appropriate realtors to make the sale.

Was responsible for my own schedule and made sure things were

done in a timely and correct manner.



Military: 4 years in the United States Marine Corps Infantry

1/95-1/99 Honorably discharged.

Squad leader responsible for the training. physical fitness, and

combat readiness of 12 other Marines.

Extensive leadership training.
