I am very organized, have good verbal and written communication skills. I am also very intelligent and a quick learner. I can pick up new systems and work in new enviroments and surroundings with ease. My management style is one of calm and control, no matter what the circumstances. I rarely panic or get upset and angry. I always earn my subordinates respect by leadership through example, not fear and under threats. This became evident to me during the oil spill.

I can foward a proper, in depth, resume to any interested party upon request, with references. I am presently waiting for my Merchant Mariner Credential to be processed, with an AB special rate to be added when my Captains License paperwork goes through.
