Summary



I am a USCG licensed 100 ton Captain of both sail and power boats; a sailboat rigger, scuba diver and can do most plumbing, electrical and mechanical work once I become familiarized with the vessel. I have over 35 years experiance in the boating field and am an avid fisherman , a pretty good cook and also surf.

1966-1970 US Marine Corp., Viet Nam Vet, Honorably Discharged as a Sargent, last year in the Marines was stationed in Hawaii.

1970-1983 worked as Company Diver for Continental Drilling Co. and was part owner of Lahaina Whalers building boats, I built a 37' and a 40' Jim Brown Trimaran, ran Sport Fishind boats, lived on my own sailboat for 10 years and did multiple deliveries all over the Hawaiin Islands.

. 1983 to 1993 rigger,boat operator and diver at various boat yards in Massachusetts. 1993-1997 worked for Peter Sylvia at Highliner Marine in So. Dartmouth Mass. building boats, doing boat shows and delivering boats for owner.

1997-2003 lived in Daytona Beach, Fl. and ran the Daytona Sight Seeing Boat from Daytona to St. Augustine, delivered boats for Quarterdeck Yachts, delivered boats privately for dozens of private owner's, ran a private boat belonging to the Stock Exchange in Daytona for the owner and his guests.

I have delivered dozens of boats up and down the East Coast and most of the Islands, I have been thru the Panama Canal twice bringing a boat to Hawaii and have made 3 cross Atlantics bringing boats to the Med. I have been a private Captain on a 50' sailboat and an 83' sailboat in Newport Rhode Island. I also lived aboard my own sailboat for 10 years in Mass.

2003-2009 ran a135' boat for Starfleet Marine delivering crew and supplies back and forth to the oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico for 2 years , then ran a 185' boat for Texas Crewboats and then 2 years running a 165' boat for Gulf Logistics all working in the Gulf of Mexico and since 2009 I am back in Florida delivering boats up and down the East Coast and from my home in Bradenton on the West Coast of Florida to the East Coast side and am looking for permenent work on a private yacht.

I am a 100 ton Licensed Capt.,STCW95, First Aid and CPR, FCC Radio License, TWIC's card, Safe Gulf card, NAUI Scuba Diver, also hold a Concealed Weapons Permit, US Passport and can travel anywhere.
