Take their order and bring them their meal back to the table. After they finish we clean the area for the next person. After each meal the decks had to be swept and mopped for the next meal. Once a week we had to do sanitation. Sanitation included wiping down the walls, cleaning the condiments bottles, throwing out old items, deep cleaning the refrigerators, sweeping, mopping, and stripping and waxing the decks/floors.
