Proserv’s manufacturing & engineering facilities are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. They have in-house capabilities to perform design, engineering & manufacturing of liquid & gas pressure testing equipment, pneumatic & hydraulic control panels for valve actuator control, hydraulic accumulator systems, E.S.D. Job responsibilities:
• Lead the team in achieving best possible workshop quality and execute all jobs according to customers’ requests
• Responsible for the overall running of the day to day operations of the workshop.
• Supervision and management of all the mechanical technicians in the workshop who handle all maintenance of returned equipment, along with pre-delivery of machinery prior to being sent to customers or the field.
• Scheduling the work of the technicians in an extremely busy and high pressure environment
• Supervision of the fabrication of the Complete Chemical Injection Skid, as per Project Specification.
• Supervision of the fabrication of the WHCP & ESD panel according to the specifications and drawings
• Constantly keeping customers, salespeople and product managers informed of the status of their work.
• Making the cutting drawings of the designed panels, for sheet metal fabrication.
• Coordinating with the project engineers for making the part lists & data sheets according to the P&IDs
• Installation of heavy equipments like cutting machine and testing facilities inside the workshop.
• Designing the Complete Chemical Injection Skid, dimensionally with AutoCAD2006 2D & 3D according the given P&ID
• Designing the panel according to the given part list using the created library in AutoCAD 2006.
• Optimizing the design, for making Panels, Test units & Skids as per customer requirements, using AutoCAD2006.
• Coordinating with the project engineers for making the part lists & data sheets according to the P&IDs
• Making the 3D views of the above for presentation & visualization in AutoCAD 2006
• Making the detailed engineering drawings of the above for the manufacturing.
• Making the P & I diagrams, as per the given instructions from the Client and the Project Engineers / Project Managers.

Project: CHEMICAL INJECTION FACILITIES FOR SEA WATER SYSTEM AT TAKREER ABUDHABI REFINARY
Description: HATACIDE & ANTIFOAM INJECTION SKID
Date: 04.02.07 to 24.12.07
• Supervision of Fabrication work at workshop for the CNC Machines.
• Understanding the client’s requirement and the details mentioned in the drawings provided by the projects department.
• Trying to resolve technical issues with available resources in the workshop.
• Co-ordination of Production Department with Design Department.
• Responsible for development of analytical testing method for new raw materials and their approval.
• Ensuring that all the test reports for the works done at the workshop are available in time.
• Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings, Sub Assembly, As-built drawings, Fabrication Drawings and Part Drawings for the entire skid.

Description: CORROSION INHIBITOR INJECTION SKIDS
Date: 10.12.07 to 12.03.08
• Preparation of piping drawing and general arrangement drawings.
• Development of piping system, piping isometric including Bill of Material.
• Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Drawings based on Client’s requirements.
• Component Design with respect to assemble designs for production shop.
• Reviews rough sketches and engineering specifications.
• Preparing tentative Mechanical Design / Drawing requirement plans & Monitoring to achieve contractual deliveries.
• Estimation, Preparation & Implementation of Mechanical Designs based on the customer’s requirements.
• Drafts multiple-view assembly, subassembly, and layout drawings as required for components and equipments

Description: POUR POINT DEPRESSANT DOSING PACKAGE (CIS)
Date: 17.09.07 to 20.01.08
• Develops 3D detail drawings for construction of skids, piping manifolds and pipeline systems.
• Development of plan & details of pipe supports drawings, Electrical, Mechanical, and As-Built drawings.
• Checking / preparing Bill of Materials for each project.
• Develops CAD detail drawings for manufacture, fabrication, and assembly of skid.
• Preparation of piping as built drawings, piping layout, piping plan, piping isometric, and details drawing of Piping.
• Checking of all fabrication dwgs before issuing to fabrication shop.
• Allocating human resources for the complete execution of the job.
• Reporting of bottle necks to the manager or project in charge, when the issue arises.
• Ensure that all work carried out is done in accordance with health and safety and security procedures and that a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the workshop.

Project: Well Head control Panel
Description: Slot Wellhead Control Panel for Safaniya,Zuluf & Marjan Platform
Date: 10.12.2007 to 11.06.2008
• Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Drawing as per the client’s requirement and our internal standard
• Preparation of the General Arrangement based on the P & I D, and internal standards.
• Incorporating the comments for the various drawings put forward by the client after first submission of the drawings.
• Liaising with the project engineers to ensure that all the drawings are approved in Code A.
• Preparation of Cut out Drawings after preparing the General Arrangement Drawing.
• Preparation of all type of 1:1 TEMPLATES for cutting profiles.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure that cutting drawing and the panel fabrication is inline with the corresponding drawings.
• Trouble shooting of discrepancies arising at the workshop level, due to fouling of tubing in the panels
• Final checking of all the equipments and tubing in the panel, and ensuring that it is in line with the drawing.
• Preparation of final As built drawings, based on the changes made during fabrication.
• Liaising with the QA & QC department for the various types of NDT and DT to be performed.
5. Client: Weatherford,
Project: ESD, DA & PT Panel
Description: Weatherford oil tool CPD & TS
Date: 02.11.2007 to 03.01.2008
• Preparation of all the engineering drawings (P & IDs, GAD) based on the inputs from Client.
• There was a restriction of size of the panel, as indicated by the client. Since there was a restriction in size, we had to redesign the panel. It was one of my achievements by completely changing the design of the panel. The entire layout and placement of equipments along with the tubing was taken care of to ensure that the over all size of the panel was as per the client’s requirement.
• All the drawings were completed within the stipulated time and the job was completed within schedule, with the help of the fabrication department.
