• Knowledge and understanding of the naval requirements.
• Proficiency in English is critical for this position .
• Possesses solid knowledge in using 3D & 2D CAD tools ( Autodesk, Inventor, Rhinoceros or other)
• Previous exposure to ERP models as well as stress analysis, nesting is considered an advantage
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as steel working, welding and machining.
• Competence to work with class societies requirements and project validations.
• Proven capability to concentrate, analyze and synthesize data, creative and innovative spirit
• Decision-making capacity and assuming responsibility for these decisions.
• Strong focus on optimizing cost and continuous improvement.
• Talent to write clear and accurate reports; identify trends.
• Interpersonal communication skills used in timely interaction with the Production and Work Preparation team , proven team spirit.
