Key Responsabilities.

Strategic Leadership

• Direct and execute AGS’s overall port & logistics strategy, with a strong emphasis on identifying and driving new projects and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to acquire and integrate new terminal locations, enhancing AGS’s footprint and leadership in the U.S. port sector.

Synergy Development

• Identify and leverage synergies across AGS’s divisions, including shipping lines, maritime agency services, ports, and logistics, to create cohesive and efficient operations.

Market Expertise & Business Expansion

• Utilize deep industry expertise in bulk and breakbulk operations to enhance AGS’s service offerings, strengthen client relationships, and ensure competitiveness.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of trade routes and markets across North, Central, and South America, as well as Asia, leveraging this insight to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
