For more than 30 years, ICArt has specialized in developing bespoke art
experiences—from concept to installation—for corporate and private clients.
We are seeking an experienced Architectural/ Technical Project Manager to
join our dynamic and passionate team in our office in Madrid
Responsabilities
• Collaborate with Director of Projects, Senior Technical Manager and Senior
Project Manager to create and adhere to project timelines/milestones
• Overall responsible for securing and validating briefs and drawings from client
• Create drawings and elevations according to our art specifications
• Provide technical support/review for approval and feasibility of art proposals
• Manage large and complex installations through all stages from proposal to
execution
• Initiate and lead communication relating to technical solutions with clients,
ship yards, designers, and artists, especially those unfamiliar with parameters
of a marine environment
• Coordinate sample process between fabricator and client
• Extensive travel required to shipyard in Europe for meetings/site inspections
and installations, in addition to quality control survey at production facilities
• Prepare spec file and manuals for art installation and maintenance
• Coordinate all contract worker documents and aloft permits/SIPSI paperwork
• Proactively identify and resolve art installation issues
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and accommodate working
hours as necessary
Qualifications
• 8+ years working in design and architecture
• Experience with technical requirements in a marine environment required,
ship building is a plus
• Understanding of building materials including steel, aluminum and
composites is a plus
• Expertise in programs such as Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe
suite and Monday
